What should you expect at you first visit to The Dentists at Hillsborough? You can expect a friendly, caring atmosphere where your concerns are discussed, your questions are answered and optimal oral health is always considered.
Comprehensive new patient visit: During your comprehensive new patient visit we will review your medical history, take a set of diagnostic x-rays, perform an oral cancer screening, take measurements of your gums to determine periodontal health, do a through cleaning (depending on your periodontal needs), perform a through examination and discuss any recommended treatment. We allow plenty of time to discuss your oral health goals and to discuss your dental wants and needs. Have you always wanted straighter teeth, a brighter smile or to replace your old, silver fillings? At your Comprehensive New Patient visit we’ll design a plan that will match your goals and desires.
New Patient Emergency Visit: When you call our office with a dental emergency we will do our best to see you as soon as possible. Because our schedule is designed with emergencies in mind, most times we can see you the same day. At your emergency visit we will assess the area of concern, take any necessary radiographs and do an examination. We will discuss treatment options and together decide what course of action best fits your needs.
