This was a friendly and pain free visit. Everyone was great to work with and the results were wonderful.

Dr. Jay Samuelson’s dental staff were friendly, professional and efficient. They made me feel well taken care of and comfortable. Dr. Samuelson also provided excellent care and recommendations for healthy, preventative dental care.

Friendly, communicative, and seem to be interested in doing what's right for the patient and doing it very competently - from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists.

Everyone was very friendly and the dentist explained very clearly what was wrong and what the costs are. Yes I am going back and highly recommend!!!!!!

The best dentist office I have ever been to! Elizabeth is my preferred dental hygienist and is the only person I trust to do my twice-a-year cleaning as painlessly as possible. This office and team is well worth the 25 minute drive!

Not sure why it says my husband’s name above but I would love to tell you my story. I hope people take the time to read this long review and I hope that it helps them with their decision. Let me start off by saying that I am a 40 year old scaredy cat. I do have anxiety and panic in my everyday life so you can only imagine what it feels like to go to the dentist. Truth be told, I wouldn’t have even been looking to go to the dentist if it wasn’t emergent. I spent about 2 1/2 hours researching online and I was initially drawn to The Dentist’s because they offered IV sedation. I read everything on their webpages, read reviews and finally got enough courage to make that first call. I called the Village Point location first and was told that if I was interested in IV sedation, I would need to call the Hillsborough location so make note. Now for the review. I was completely blown away by that initial call. The ladies on the phone were so nice and respectful and made me feel heard and understood how terrified I was. Because of my insurance, I had to make a couple calls in to them. They reassured me, talked me off the ledge at least twice and soon enough, I made my first appointment. Today was the day, after waiting a couple days, it was time for me to head in. I had a 45 minute drive and wanted to turn back but didn’t. You guys, I am so glad I went. From the moment I stepped into the door, I had the most amazing experience. I was scared but they acknowledged it and didn’t brush it off like others I’ve seen in the past. My dental assistant Shelly was seriously a wonderful human. She hugged me when I cried and talked me through everything. Dr. Snow was so patient and thorough just like the lady on the phone said he would be when I made my initial call. After my exam, I met with the office administrator Nicole and she was a complete gem as well. She helped me figure out the best way to pay for my services (because I need a lot done). I haven’t had the major work done yet but I plan to be under when that happens. If you are unsure of where to go, look no further. They got you!! -Alyx Hirst, Iowa

I don’t usually do reviews and I don’t do well at dentist offices. I had to have an extraction and the staff were PHENOMENAL! They explained what they were doing and were always checking in with me. I hope I don’t ever have to have an extraction again, but if I do, I will go to them.
